Carroll
Lutheran Village Promoted Event
Whiting Turner Contracting |
 |
On
June 2,2006 approximately 180 golfers hit the links at
Wakefield Valley Golf & Conference Center to help
residents who have outlived their financial resources
through the Village’s Ministry of Caring Endowment.
Despite the threat of rain, the showers did not materialize
until late in the afternoon but did not dampen the
spirits of the participants.
|
| Particularly
happy about his performance at the tournament was
Dale Fogle who won the putting contest and $1,000.
But then in an act of magnanimous generosity, he gave
the money back to the Village for endowment.
|
Whiting
Turner Contracting Co, General Contractor completed
the new construction of these residences at Carroll
Lutheran Village.
